1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SnapXXL website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; however, orders already confirmed will not be affected
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability
• GST (18%) is applied on all print products as per Indian tax regulations

4. User Content & Copyright

• You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to our platform
• By uploading content, you grant SnapXXL a limited licence to process, print, and deliver your order
• You must not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
• We reserve the right to refuse printing content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any law
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all uploaded images

5. Print Quality & Colour Accuracy

While we use professional-grade printing equipment and colour calibration, slight variations between screen display and printed output are inherent to the printing process. Factors include:

• Monitor calibration and colour profile differences
• Paper type and finish (matte, glossy, silk) affect colour perception
• Low-resolution images (below 150 DPI at print size) may appear pixelated

Such variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and product type
• SnapXXL is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or force majeure
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

7. Returns & Refunds

Since all products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will reprint or refund at no additional cost. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SnapXXL's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform and are not liable for any data loss

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
