Delete Your SnapXXL Account & Data

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your SnapXXL account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@snapxxl.com from the email address registered on your SnapXXL account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Include the email address and/or phone number on your account so we can verify it's really you.
3. We'll confirm we've received your request within 3 business days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

(In-app self-serve deletion is coming soon — for now, email is the way to request it.)

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, password)
• Your uploaded photos and photo books
• Saved shipping addresses
• Push notification device tokens

What we keep, and for how long

Some information can't be deleted immediately because we're required to keep it:

• Order and invoice records — kept for as long as required by applicable Indian tax and accounting law, even after your account is deleted.
• Fraud-prevention records — we may retain minimal information (such as an email or phone hash) to prevent abuse of coupon or referral systems.

Everything else is permanently removed.
