Refund & Return Policy

Important Note

All SnapXXL products are custom-made to your specifications. Since each item is uniquely created with your personal photos and designs, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we have a comprehensive quality guarantee.

When We Offer Refund / Reprint

• Damaged in transit — Product arrived bent, torn, water-damaged, or crushed
• Manufacturing defect — Misaligned pages, smudged printing, binding issues, wrong trimming
• Wrong product — You received a different product than what you ordered
• Missing items — Incomplete order (missing pages, wrong quantity)
• Significant colour deviation — Drastic colour shift not attributable to monitor differences

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

• Minor colour variations between screen and print (inherent to printing process)
• Design errors made by the customer (typos, wrong photos, incorrect layout)
• Low-resolution images appearing pixelated in print
• Change of mind after order confirmation and production start
• Delivery delays caused by incorrect address provided by customer

How to Request a Refund

• Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Step 2: Email support@snapxxl.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue
• Step 3: Our quality team will review within 24–48 hours
• Step 4: If approved, choose between a free reprint or full refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. No cash refunds.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production has not started
• Once production begins, cancellation is not possible (custom product)
• To cancel, email us immediately with your Order ID at support@snapxxl.com
