Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery pin code and what is in your cart. The exact charge and delivery estimate are shown before you pay.

Charges shown are for a single item, before GST. Larger orders cost more to ship, and 18% GST is added to the shipping charge at checkout. Delivery times are estimates in business days and are confirmed at checkout for your pin code; busy periods such as festivals can add time.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking number
- Track your order via the My Orders section in your account
- You can also track directly on our courier partner's website
Delivery Issues
- Wrong address — Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Re-shipping due to incorrect address will incur additional charges
- Not delivered — If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours
- Damaged in transit — Take photos of the packaging and product, then contact us within 7 days of delivery for a reprint or refund (see our Refund & Return Policy)
