Choose Your Start Month and Year
A calendar does not have to start in January. Pick the month and year you want, so a calendar for a birthday gift, a school year or a business year starts when it should. For 2027, choose January 2027 and add your dates.
Picking Twelve Photos
Choose photos with one clear subject, because a calendar is often read from a few steps away. Keep the strongest, brightest photo for the month that begins the year, and match photos to the season where you can, such as festival colours in the autumn and holiday photos in December.
Use sharp originals. A large wall calendar shows more detail than a phone screen does, and photos sent through chat apps print with less detail.
A Calendar for a Family, a Home or an Office
For a family: a photo of each person, with every birthday and anniversary marked. For grandparents: a larger wall size with big, clear photos and dates. For an office or a shop: an A3 or A4 wall calendar, or A5 desk calendars for the team.
